We are Atlas Corporation, a scaffolding construction specialist located in Nagaoka City, Niigata Prefecture.
Since our establishment in 2018, our craftsmen have been working hard every day at sites throughout the prefecture under the motto of "Safe, Courteous, and Proud Scaffolding Construction.

Here, we would like to share with you the “real face” of Atlas, which cannot be conveyed only in the company brochure.

Some people may have an old-fashioned image of the construction industry as being “hard,” “kitanai,” and “kiken”-that's how we see it.
However, what Atlas is aiming for is a completely new type of “3K” work.

Scaffolding work disappears when the building is completed.
Although it may not remain as a tangible form, it is still the “foundation of the beginning” that protected someone's life and supported their dreams.

We are most proud of this responsibility and satisfaction.

Our employees range from people in their 20s to seasoned veterans. Atlas' strength lies in our teamwork, which supports the work site by nurturing young employees and working together with non-Japanese staff.
Within the company, there are colleagues who support the company from their respective positions, such as site management, sales, general affairs, accounting, and so on.
Because this is a job that cannot be done alone, we cherish the connections we have with our colleagues. We face our work with this in mind every day.
