At Atlas, I am responsible for sales and estimating as well as site management.
I have been working on scaffolding sites for more than 20 years.
That's why I know the “atmosphere of the site” and “what is really needed at the site,” and I try to make proposals and management that are close to both the customer and the craftsmen on the site. Scaffolding is a more delicate and profound job than it appears.
To ensure safety, we create a structure that supports the structure firmly while eliminating waste--
Experience and teamwork are essential to this. We make sure that the craftsmen working on the site can give their best with peace of mind.
We also want our clients to be happy that they chose Atlas.
I will continue to take responsibility both in the front and behind the scenes, and be a force to be reckoned with on site.

At Atlas, we spend our days on the job site, putting up scaffolding, and training young workers.
Whether it is a large or small job site, we take each and every one of them seriously.
I believe this is the most important thing for me as a craftsman and as a person in charge of a job site.
Scaffolding may not look like a glamorous job, but it is a responsible job that involves the responsibility of taking care of someone's life.
That is why we do not cut corners. We do not cheat.

Thankfully, we are now receiving more and more requests to work with Takizawa.
However, I will not rest on my laurels and will continue to work hard together with my colleagues in the field and pass on my skills to the younger generation.

Managing Director Takizawa

At Atlas, I am in charge of accounting, general affairs, labor relations, and other operations that support the company's overall operations.
I am involved in various tasks such as preparation of admission documents, various procedures, and handling the acceptance of foreign staff so that craftsmen working on site can exercise their abilities with peace of mind.
I may not be perfect, but I take every job seriously and have carefully accumulated what I can do now one by one.
I spend my days thinking about “what kind of support is truly necessary for the field,” while collaborating with staff who know the field.
I would like to continue to firmly support Atlas from the inside of the company.
